Adobe Photoshop (Elements) is a graphics editor for photographers, image editors and hobbyists. It contains most of the features of the professional version but with fewer and simpler options. The program allows users to create, edit, organize and share images. It is a successor of Adobe Photoshop (Limited Edition).[1]

Guided view for new users In Adobe Premiere Elements 12, Guided view makes movie-making simpler and easier. Guided view helps you edit video clips by guiding you through a series of steps. Premiere Elements 15. Haze Removal has been one of the best features in Photoshop Elements, and now Adobe is bringing it to Premiere Elements. As the name might suggest, this tool lets you remove. Adobe Premiere Elements 14.0 – Released in September 24, 2015 for Windows and MacOS. Changes in this version are: motion titles, color pop, guided edits, 4K Ultra HD. Adobe Premiere Elements 15 – Released in October 4, 2016 for Windows and MacOS.

Originally introduced alongside Adobe Photoshop version 6, Photoshop Elements targets photography enthusiasts and thus lacks many features that make it useful in a proper print production environment.[1] For example, Photoshop Elements cannot export files in the CMYK color mode, supports a simplified color management system, and excludes detailed soft-proofing. It also includes a limited set of Photoshop plugins, and instead has a number of features aimed at non-experts (such as removing the red-eye effect or changing the skin tone in a picture). An example of a redesigned feature is the Variations correction dialog. Some versions can, however, open, edit, and save PDFs.[which?] The Mac version does not allow keyboard shortcuts to be added through the Mac System Preferences, as can be done with virtually all other programs for Mac.
Version 13 no longer supports the Windows XP platform. While Adobe no longer sells earlier XP-compatible versions on its site, users can still register and use retail packaged editions of earlier versions that may still be available in retail outlets.
Adobe has improved performance and also added new features and tools over the years, like the new AI powered one-click subject selection, new home screen, content-aware crop, automatic image colorization and skin smooth. In this new version users now can add facial expressions to the images with the power of Adobe Sensei machine learning AI, which was introduced in 2017. Batch Editing and adding slideshows, filters and effects to the images were also possible with the recent versions.
Photoshop Elements is available for Windows and macOS. It is not available as part of a creative cloud subscription, but rather as a single purchase or upgrade purchase. Additionally, a bundle of Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements is available for purchase.[2]

Visually reimagined for you!
Selecting which Guided Edit to use is now easier with the new interface. In Guided mode, you can now choose the type of adjustment you want to apply to your video - Basics, Video Adjustments, Audio Adjustments, or Fun Edits. Choose one of the types of edits and view a graphical listing of all the Guided Edits available in that category.

Identify faces (close-up, single face, and group) in a clip with the help of the Face filter. The Face filter is enabled by default and enhances several workflows, such as Favorite Moments trimming and Video Story workflow, to give you much better output. You can disable the Face filter from Auto Analyzer Options under Preferences.
Quick pan-and-zoom movies of people!
Face frames have been added in the Pan & Zoom workflow for images only to automatically detect faces present in your image for better results. Now with Face Detection, it automatically highlights your favorite people.

Favorite Moments with favorite people
Now with Face Detection, Favorite Moments automatically finds the people in your videos and brings them front and center in fun, quick movies. With the Face filter enabled, the Favorite Motions trimming workflow now generates output that focuses on the movements as well as on People and give priority to close-ups and single/multiple faces.

Premiere Elements Review
Now with Face Detection, Smart Trim gives priority to footage of people when suggesting places to trim, so you’ get a great movie of friends and family. With the addition of the Face Filter in Adobe Premiere Elements, you now have the option to use the interest slider along with the quality slider in the Smart Trim workflow. The combination of quality and interest sliders now give you much better output.
